Appointment Scheduling and Reminders

Our team provides appointment reminders in advance of scheduled visits as a courtesy to help patients stay on track with their oral health care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least two full business days’ notice. This allows us to offer appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care.

Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee. While reminders are provided as a courtesy, patients are responsible for managing their scheduled appointments and notifying the clinic as early as possible if changes are required.
