Assignment of Benefits

Victoria Trail Dental accepts assignment of benefits when permitted by your insurance plan. When assignment is allowed, the insurance portion may be paid directly to the clinic, and any remaining balance is due at the time of your visit.

If your insurance plan does not allow assignment of benefits, payment in full is required at the time services are provided. In these cases, reimbursement is issued directly to you by your insurance provider according to your plan.
